ONE PIECE CARD GAME English Version — 3rd Anniversary Set

Terms & Conditions - Last updated: 24/08/2026

1. The Promoter

The Promoter is Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd (company number 2824795), 37-39 Kew Foot Road, Richmond, TW9 2SS (“we”, “us”, “the Promoter”).

2. What is being offered

This is a prize draw for a Pass to Purchase the ONE PIECE CARD GAME English Version 3rd Anniversary Set, releasing on 28 August 2026.

The prize is the chance to buy, not the product itself. Winning a Pass does not entitle you to a free 3rd Anniversary Set, or to any free trading cards, booster packs, sealed product, promotional cards or merchandise. A Pass gives you the right to purchase one 3rd Anniversary Set at £120, at the store you selected when you entered, during the 48-hour collection window on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August 2026.

One 3rd Anniversary Set is reserved against every Pass. If you win a Pass and come to your store on Friday 28 or Saturday 29 August 2026 with the identification described in clause 11, your Set will be there for you to buy.

Passes are allocated per store as follows:

3. Acceptance

By entering this prize draw you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not accept them, please do not enter.

4. Entry period

Entries open on Monday 24 August 2026 and close at 12:00 (midday) on Wednesday 26 August 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason.

5. Who can enter

Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom.

There is no minimum age for this prize draw. Entrants under 16 years old must have the permission of a parent or guardian to enter, and that parent or guardian must accompany them to the store and complete the purchase on their behalf.

Employees of the Promoter, of any company in its group, and of any company connected with this promotion, together with their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

6. How to enter

To enter, complete the online entry form at bandainamco.acteolforms.com and provide:

  • your first name and surname, exactly as they appear on the identification you will bring to the store;
  • your email address;
  • your date of birth. We use this together with your name to check entries and to confirm your identity when you collect;
  • your choice of store: Brighton, Camden, Birmingham or Metrocentre.

One entry per person, regardless of how many email addresses you use. If we receive more than one entry from you, only the first valid entry counts and that entry determines your store. All later entries are discarded.

Your choice of store is final. It cannot be changed after you have entered, and a Pass won at one store cannot be used at another.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry is free.

7. How winners are selected

Winners are selected by random draw, separately for each store, from all valid entries received for that store. The draw takes place on Wednesday 26 August 2026, after entries close.

Only genuine entries meeting these terms are included in the draw. Reserve entrants are drawn at the same time and in the same way, and are held in the order drawn.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Winner notification

Winners will be notified by email, to the address given at entry, from the afternoon of Wednesday 26 August 2026. Notifications may be sent in more than one wave.

You do not need to reply to confirm your Pass. Your Pass is yours from the moment we email you — simply come to your store on Friday 28 or Saturday 29 August 2026 to collect.

If you cannot make it, please cancel your place by replying back to the email, by 17:00 on Thursday 27 August 2026. This releases your Set to someone on the reserve list.

It is your responsibility to make sure the email address you give is correct and that our email is not blocked or filtered. We are not responsible for notification emails that are not delivered, not read, or not acted on in time.

9. Reserve places

We draw a reserve list for each store at the same time as the winners and hold it in the order drawn.

If a winner cancels their place, their Pass is offered to the next reserve for that store, and we will contact reserves by email as places become available. Reserve places are offered up to Friday 28 August 2026.

Any Set not collected by the time your store closes on Saturday 29 August 2026 will be released for general sale from opening on Sunday 30 August 2026.

10. The Pass itself

Your Pass is issued to you by name and is valid only for the person named on it.

  • Passes are non-transferable. You may not give, sell, swap, auction or otherwise pass on your Pass, and any Pass we believe has been transferred will be cancelled without notice.
  • There is no cash alternative and no substitute prize.
  • You are responsible for your own travel to and from the store, and any costs you incur.
  • The Pass has no monetary value.

11. Collecting your Set

Your Pass is valid only at the store you selected, and only during the 48-hour collection window on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August 2026. You may collect at any time during that store’s normal operating hours on either day.

Passes cannot be used outside that window, cannot be swapped with another winner, and cannot be transferred to a different store.

If you do not collect by the time your store closes on Saturday 29 August 2026, your Pass lapses. We cannot rebook, extend or refund a lapsed Pass, and your Set will be released for general sale from opening on Sunday 30 August 2026.

Identification. Passes are issued to the person who applied. When you collect, you must show a valid identification showing the first name, surname and date of birth you gave when you entered, so that we can confirm you are that person. If the details do not match your entry, we may refuse to honour the Pass.

Valid identification includes a passport or driving licence. We may also accept other identification showing your name at the store's discretion. Where the winner is under 16, the accompanying parent or guardian should bring their own identification together with the winner's notification email.

This is a normal trading day at the store, not a ticketed event. Store staff may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone behaving abusively, unsafely or in a way that disrupts other customers or staff.

12. Buying the Set

Purchasing is separate from, and additional to, winning a Pass.

  • A limit of one (1) 3rd Anniversary Set per person applies.
  • The Set is sold for £120, payable in store when you collect.
  • Your Set is reserved for you. One Set is held against every Pass issued, and it will not be sold to anyone else during the collection window.
  • Any other product you buy on the day is a normal retail purchase, subject to normal availability and any purchase limits in place at the store.

13. Disqualification

We may disqualify an entry, or cancel a Pass already issued, at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe that:

  • you have attempted to circumvent the one entry per person rule in clause 6;
  • you have used bulk, automated, machine-generated or otherwise fraudulent means to enter;
  • you have given false, misleading or incomplete information;
  • you are an employee or immediate family member of an employee of the Promoter, its group or a connected company;
  • you have transferred, sold or attempted to sell your Pass; or
  • you have otherwise breached these terms and conditions.

14. Changes and cancellation

We may amend these terms, or change or cancel the promotion, if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary. If the promotion is cancelled, no compensation will be payable. Any changes will be published on this page.

15. Winners’ details

We will not publish a public list of winners. The surname and county of winners will be made available for one month after the closing date on written request to the Promoter at the address in clause 1.

16. Your data

The Promoter is the data controller for the personal data you provide when entering. Our processing partner Acteol processes entry data on our behalf.

We use your data to administer this prize draw: to run the draw, identify duplicate entries, contact winners, manage cancellations and reserve places, and verify identity at the store. Entry data is kept only as long as needed for those purposes and to deal with any queries afterwards.

We will only send you marketing email if you have separately opted in. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

You have the usual rights under UK GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, contact enquiries@bandainamco.co.uk. Our full privacy policy is at https://www.bandainamcocrossstoreuk.com/privacy-policy.

17. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your entry to this promotion, or from your use of, or inability to use, a Pass.

18. General

These terms are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full force.

ONE PIECE CARD GAME and all associated names, logos and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.

One Piece Set 17 Trading Card Game Midnight Release — Event Access Draw

Terms & Conditions - Last updated: 18/08/2026

1. The Promoter

1.1 This promotion is run by Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd (company number 2824795), registered at 37-39 Kew Foot Road, Richmond, TW9 2SS ("the Promoter", "we", "us").

2. What is being offered

2.1 The prize in this promotion is an invitation to attend a One Piece Trading Card Game midnight release event at one of three venues on the night of Thursday 20 into Friday 21 August 2026 ("the Event").

2.2 The prize is access, not product. Winning does not entitle you to any free trading cards, booster packs, sealed product, merchandise or other goods. Any product you buy at the Event is an ordinary retail purchase, made at your own cost on ordinary retail terms, and is separate from this promotion. See clause 12.

2.3 One place admits one person. Places at each venue are subject to that venue's safety capacity and may be reduced if that capacity changes:

Venue

Places

Brighton, ONE PIECE CARD GAME Official Shop , 26 North St, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 1EB

50

Camden, Bandai Namco Cross Store, Provender Building, Units 16-18 / 100–101 Stables Market, Chalk Farm Road, London NW1 8AH

120

2.4 Places are not sold and cannot be bought. Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary at any stage.

3. Acceptance

3.1 By entering, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Entries that do not comply with them will not be accepted.

4. Entry period

4.1 The promotion closes on 14th August 2026 23:59 (the "Closing Date").

4.2 Entries received after the Closing Date, or which are incomplete, will not be accepted and will not be entered into the draw.

4.3 The time of entry is the time recorded by our entry system. We are not responsible for entries that are delayed, lost, or not received for any reason.

5. Who can enter

5.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom.

5.2 You must be 18 or over on 20 August 2026 to enter.

5.3 Employees and agents of the Promoter, and of any company professionally connected with this promotion, together with their immediate families and households, may not enter. Entries from email addresses associated with those organisations will be excluded.

5.4 Admission to the Event is verified at the door against the attendee list.

6. How to enter

6.1 Enter by completing the online entry form at [LINK], giving your first name, last name, email address, date of birth, the single venue you wish to attend, as they appear on your photo ID, and agreeing to these terms and to the processing of your data.

6.2 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

6.3 One entry per person, regardless of how many email addresses you use. If more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first valid entry counts, and that first entry also fixes which venue you are entered for. All later entries are discarded.

6.4 You may only be entered for one venue. Choose the venue you can actually attend. Your venue cannot be changed after entry, and a place at one venue cannot be transferred to another.

6.5 Entries made by a third party or on another person's behalf are not permitted.

7. How winners are selected

7.1 Each venue is drawn separately: entries for one venue have no bearing on another.

7.2 The selection process is entirely random, other than the checks we make to confirm that an entry is genuine and not fraudulent.

7.3 Entries not drawn are held in reserve and may be offered a place if places are not taken up.

7.4 If fewer valid entries are received for a venue than there are places, everyone who entered validly for that venue is offered a place.

7.5 All places are allocated by 19th August 2026. The Promoter's decision is final.

8. Winner notification and the confirmation deadline

8.1 Winners will be notified by email, at the address given at entry, from 15th August 2026. Notifications may be sent in more than one wave, up to the date in clause 7.5. If you have not heard from us, your entry may still be held in reserve.

8.2 A winner must confirm that they will attend within 24 hours of their notification email being sent, or their place is given to someone else.

8.3 The 24 hours runs from when the email is sent, not from when it is opened. Some rounds may allow longer. Confirmation closes at the end of that period.

8.4 A winner who does not confirm by their deadline loses their place.

8.5 A confirmation received after the deadline does not restore the place. A late confirmation is treated as no response.

8.6 It is your responsibility to make sure the email address you give is correct and that our email is not blocked or filtered. We are not responsible for notification emails that are not delivered, not read, or not acted on in time.

9. Reserve places

9.1 If a place is not taken up, it is offered to a reserve entry for that venue. A place may be re-offered more than once until it is taken up or the date in clause 7.5 is reached.

9.2 Confirmed attendees will be sent event details, including venue address and arrival time, the day before the Event.

10. The place itself

10.1 A place admits one named person only, and that is the person whose entry was drawn.

10.2 Places are non-transferable. You may not give, sell, swap or auction your place, and a place presented by anyone other than the named winner will be refused.

10.3 There is no cash alternative and no alternative prize.

10.4 Travel to and from the Event, and any other cost of attending, is your own responsibility. Nothing beyond entry to the Event is included.

11. Attending the Event

11.1 The Event is strictly invitation only. There is no walk-up entry, no standby queue, and no admission for anyone not on the confirmed attendee list. If you do not attend, your place simply goes unused. It cannot be given to a friend on the night.

11.2 This is an 18+ event. Anyone who cannot show that they are 18 or over may be refused admission. Age is taken from the date of birth given at entry.

11.3 You must bring the event details confirmation email we send you on your phone, and valid photo identification showing the first name, surname and date of birth given at entry. We may ask to see either or both, and your details are checked against the attendee list. Admission may be refused if you cannot produce what we ask for, or if the details do not match those given at entry. We do not keep a copy or record of any identification produced.

11.4 Registration opens at 11.00pm and closes at midnight. Attendees arriving after midnight may not be admitted. Timings may vary by venue and will be confirmed in your event details email.

11.5 You must follow the venue's rules and the reasonable instructions of staff at all times. We and the venue may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who behaves in a way that is abusive, unsafe, or disruptive to other attendees, without compensation.

12. Buying product at the Event

12.1 Product available at the Event is sold on ordinary retail terms, at your own cost. It is not part of the prize.

12.2 A limit of 6 booster packs of OP-17 per person applies across the whole Event. Other items will also be on sale.

12.3 All product is subject to availability. Attending does not guarantee that any particular item, or any item at all, will be in stock or available to you. Allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis on the night.

12.4 Availability may differ between venues.

13. Disqualification

13.1 We may disqualify any entry, and withdraw any place, where we reasonably believe an entrant has:

  • attempted to circumvent clause 6.3;
  • used bulk, automated, machine-generated or otherwise fraudulent means to enter;
  • given false, misleading or incomplete information, including a false date of birth;
  • entered in breach of clause 5.3 (employees, agents, families and households); or
  • otherwise acted in breach of these terms or in bad faith.

14. Changes and cancellation

14.1 We may change these terms, or amend, suspend or cancel the promotion or the Event, where it is necessary to do so for reasons outside our reasonable control — including venue closure, safety or licensing requirements, industrial action, severe weather, public health measures, or supplier failure.

14.2 Where the Event at a venue is cancelled or postponed, our responsibility is limited to telling affected winners as soon as we reasonably can. No compensation, alternative prize or cash equivalent is payable, and travel or accommodation costs already incurred are not reimbursed.

15. Winners' details

15.1 We do not publish a list of winners. The surname and county of winners is available on request by writing to enquiries@bandainamco.co.uk within one month of the Closing Date.

15.2 We may ask a winner separately for permission to use their first name and venue in publicity. Permission is optional, is asked for separately from entry, and refusing it does not affect a place.

16. Your data

16.1 The Promoter is the data controller for personal data collected through this promotion. Entry data is collected and processed on our behalf by Acteol.

16.2 We use your data to run the promotion: to check eligibility, to remove duplicate entries, to run the draw, to notify winners, to manage attendance confirmations, and to produce the attendee lists.

16.3 Marketing emails are only sent to entrants who separately opt in. Opting in is not a condition of entry, and you can withdraw it at any time.

16.4 Entry data is kept only as long as needed to run the promotion and to deal with any query or dispute arising from it and is then deleted or anonymised.

16.5 You have rights over your personal data, including to access it, correct it, or ask for it to be deleted. Asking for your entry data to be deleted before the draw withdraws you from the promotion.

16.6 Full details are in our privacy policy at [Privacy Policy].

17. Liability

17.1 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

17.2 Subject to clause 17.1, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from entering this promotion, from a place being reallocated under clause 8 or 9, or from attending the Event, except where that loss was reasonably foreseeable.

18. General

18.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

18.2 If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
